About the event
Icy Mike, from the YouTube channel hard2hurt, is going to show you ways to cover distance through deception and explosive footwork. You will learn powerful, high percentage strikes along with setups that are unpredictable and stylish. These are advanced striking tactics but the drills are scalable and suitable for ALL skill levels.

*Boxing gloves and shin guards are required.
*Sweat towel and water bottle highly recommended.
*You are welcome to train barefoot but if you wish to wear sneakers, the bottoms must be cleaned and they must be carried in to change into, in order to protect the matted training floor.
