About the event
Please fill out the online general release waiver, located in the menu on risekrav.com, before attending. Wear comfortable workout clothing. Bring a water bottle and sweat towel. Sneakers may be worn but we ask that you clean the bottoms off and carry them in (to prevent bringing outside debris onto the training mats).
