This clinic focuses on easy to learn, effective self-defense and striking tactics and drills to help you fight your way to safety against common attacks!

*Wear comfortable workout clothes.
*Bring a water bottle and sweat towel.
*Sneaker bottoms should be wiped clean and carried into the training center to change into. Going barefoot is acceptable.
*Release Waiver ("More" tab in the menu) MUST be filled out prior to the event.
