Service Description
The Rise Kickboxing program will have you train a mix of boxing, kickboxing, and MMA-style combinations to give you a well-rounded martial arts training experience that's presented in a safe and fun way! Every class will include a warmup, heavy bag work, mitt work, and partner drills, with functional fitness and conditioning exercises throughout! You'll train like a fighter and get in great shape without stepping into the ring!
