Self-Defense
Classes

At Rise, Modern Krav Maga is an effective and dynamic self-defense system. It is at the heart of our programs because it pulls from different fighting systems, and we fine-tune our modern version to be relevant and applicable for all people in today’s world. Add in our Grappling class and your self-defense training becomes more complete with training designed to help you navigate confrontations that have you pinned or on the ground!

Kickboxing Classes

Take part in our high energy Kickboxing and Mittmania classes that are designed to not only help you burn calories and tone your muscles, but also provide much needed stress relief in a supportive and encouraging community!  Say goodbye to boring gym routines and hello to a dynamic and engaging kickboxing experience.  Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, our classes are tailored to accommodate all ability levels.  So don't worry if you've never thrown a punch before - we'll teach you everything you need to know!

Ignite your fitness journey with our dynamic Blast Fit and Rise classes! Combining fitness kickboxing with the power of kettlebells, the versatility of resistance bands, and the effectiveness of bodyweight exercises, these classes are designed to maximize your results in minimal time!  Our coaches will guide you through an adrenaline pumping workout that targets every muscle group.  Whether you're a beginner or fitness enthusiast, our coaches can provide modifications to ensure everyone gets a challenging and rewarding workout.  You'll experience a full-body workout that will leave you feeling energized and accomplished!

Kids Martial Arts Classes

Our kids martial arts program, Kids Rise, is designed to prepare your child to deal with adversity, whether it be physical, emotional, or mental.  Utilizing Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and Krav Maga, your child is exposed to a mixed modern combatives approach to martial arts, making them more well rounded, on and off the mats.  Our youth program focuses on giving your child the confidence boost and a fitness goal that will eventually help him/her grow into a responsible and successful adult.
